  • If I place my order today, when will I receive it? Will it be shipped the same day?

In most cases, yes. Orders are processed as we receive them. However, sometimes the product is not available at the shipping center. It must then be transfered from another store. If the product is available, it will be shipped in 24 to 48 business hours.

Once the order has shipped, Canada Post can take 1 to 4 business days to ship, depending on your location

  • Do I have to stay available at home to receive my items?
No, if you are absent, a Canada Post delivery notice will be left at your home address and you will need to go to the post office to pick it up. The holder of the credit card used for payment must be the person who picks up the parcel with a photo ID.

  • How can I return items?

If you are dissatisfied with an item you have received, go to your account and click My Orders. Select the order to return in whole or in part then, at the bottom of the page, click the RETURN MERCHANDISE button and follow the instructions provided.

When the return request is processed, its status will indicate Authorized or Declined. Additional information will be provided by email to return, if applicable.

  • I want to return my article. Do I have to pay for the shipment?

If the product you received is defective or not the right one, Gosselin assumes the cost for the return. If you want to make a return for personal reason, then you have to pay for the return.

  • How much time do I have to return an item?

According Gosselin's policy, you have 14 days to make a request for exchange or return,  from the moment that you have your products in hand.

  • How soon will an out-of-stock item be available again?

In the best case, an item out of stock will be sent to the store within 1 to 2 weeks of placing an order. It is an approximate time that can be longer if the supplier himself is out of stock.

  • I saw a product cheaper elsewhere, do you match the prices?

  • I can not make a transaction on your site, I receive an error message about the AVS. What does it mean ?

AVS is an acronym for 'Address Verification System'. This means that when you have entered your billing information, you have not used the same ones that are associated with your card. You can change the shipping address without problem, but the billing address must match with its associated payment method.
