Gosselin Photo Video, guarantees that if during the 15 days following your purchase, you find the same product advertised by another Canadian retailer* or by Gosselin at a lower price, Gosselin will refund the difference, either via the original method payment or with a Gosselin gift card

You must also provide us with the original receipt from Gosselin.
Upon verification of the information provided and the availability of the product, Gosselin will refund the difference between the price paid and the competitor's price, either with the same payment method of the original purchase or with a Gosselin gift card.

Whether it is before your online purchase or within 15 days of your purchase, Gosselin places certain conditions on the parity of its prices with a competitor:
The competitor must have the product in stock and ready to deliver.
The product must be of the same brand and model.
The product must be new, complete, and sealed as received from the manufacturer.
The competitor must be an authorized Canadian retailer of the product’s brand.
For online competitors, the product must be available for purchase in Canada, advertised in Canadian dollars, and delivered with a valid manufacturer’s warranty in Canada.
Gosselin reserves the right to verify the source, availability, and price of the competitor.
This guarantee does not apply to refurbished products, limited-time offers (limited quantities), clearance items, student pricing, online auctions, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or post-Christmas sales.
The price match guarantee does not apply to photo prints or products/services sold at our photo lab (L’Atelier Photo).
The competitor’s price will be compared in Canadian dollars before taxes, shipping, environmental fees, or any other applicable charges.
This guarantee does not apply in cases of typographical or advertisement errors, liquidation items, products sold without warranty, discounts for privileged customers (e.g., Amazon Prime), end-of-line products, web-only merchants, or items sold in store closure or bankruptcy sales.
Gosselin reserves the right to limit the quantity of items eligible for the price match to one product per customer, as well as to reverse a price match decision or modify the terms without notice.
In certain situations, Gosselin reserves the right not to match a competitor’s price if the price is unreasonably low or below the manufacturer’s minimum allowed price.
