The new Nikon Z 30, with a 20.9 megapixel APS-C sensor format, can capture 11 images per second in burst mode, which is very practical for wildlife or sports photography. It is available as a body only, or in a kit with the NIKKOR Z DX 16-50MM F/3.5-6.3 VR lens.
One of the highlights of the camera is that it comes with subject tracking autofocus for people and animals – our tests with human subjects revealed a remarkable performance of this function, especially considering the small price of the camera!
Nikon also decided to integrate, right in the camera, several color profiles and creative filters to allow you to customize the rendering of your images.
In video, the Nikon Z 30 impresses, having the ability to shoot with a maximum resolution of 4K, 30 frames per second or 1080p, 120 frames per second to create slow motion!

By the way, the Nikon Z 30 has a red indicator light on the front of the camera to let you know that recording is in progress. This one will even blink to notify you that the battery level is low.
The device's EN-EL25 battery can be charged right from the device, via its USB-C cable. On your outings, where power may be an issue, you could charge your camera with an external battery. Note that an external Nikon MH-32 charger for your battery is not included in the Nikon Z 30's box – we suggest you consider buying one if you think you'll need to charge one battery while using your camera with another.
Of course, you can use the camera with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities through the "SnapBridge" app.
