Macro Flash Set STF-8 World’s First Weatherproof Macro Flash The dustproof, splashproof and freezeproof STF-8 Twin Flash is an extremely compact, lightweight macro flash system designed for shooting in all conditions. When paired with a weatherproof OM-D body and M.Zuiko lens* lens, you’ll be able to capture properly illuminated macro shots, even in the rain.
The STF-8 offers unparalleled flexibility. In addition to full TTL auto-sync, you can manually choose the output power, from full all the way down to 1/128. The flash ratio between the left and right heads is also fully adjustable, so you’ll never feel limited in your ability to control highlights and shadows across your subject. The heads are even removable so you can position one to light your subject, and the other to light the background, or any other combination you choose depending on your shooting scenario.
For shots expended depth-of-field, the STF-8 is compatible with Focus Stacking** and Focus Bracketing modes found on select OM-D models.
