S-series
The S-series consists of both roof and porro prism models with objective lenses > 40mm so personal preferences are immediately defined. In addition to the newly developed light transmission coatings, waterproof porrro prism models also boast the hydrophobic coating, thereby allowing for contrast-rich, bright viewing under rough outdoor conditions.

These binoculars meet the viewer’s traditional demand for 9x magnification. It has all the quality features found in the entire roof prism range PENTAX has on offer: fully multi-coated lenses, inner focusing, water and dust proof, nitrogen-purged and phase correction coatings on the BaK4 prisms. The new Enhanced light transmission coating creates crystal sharp images. The polycarbonate housing makes the whole package a full-size light-weight. It also offers 4-stop, helicoid eyecups. When weight is a critical factor for you, then these binoculars are the perfect reason to upgrade to full size.
