The new Voigtländer 90 mm F2.8 APO-Skopar SLII-S is a lens with a medium telephoto focal length and manual focusing. It has been completely redeveloped and uses a glass with abnormal partial dispersion for five of the seven elements, resulting in an exceptionally high sharpness performance and the images appear rich and three-dimensional. In addition to the high image quality, the apochromatic design ensures that the axial chromatic aberration is as close to zero as possible.
However, compactness was also a major consideration during development and the result is the new Voigtländer 90 mm F2.8 APO-Skopar SLII-S with a length of just 41 mm and a weight of only 260 g. Due to its small size, it is very portable and is always a pleasant companion in everyday photography. On the outside, the lens is reminiscent of the masterpieces of the 1960s and 1970s, but on the inside it impresses with modern technology. Thanks to an integrated CPU (compatible with Nikon Ai-S), communication with the camera body is also guaranteed.
